Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Handle email management, including responding to inquiries, prioritizing messages, and organizing inboxes.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct research and compile reports as requested by management.
Manage CRM systems and keep client information up to date.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Monitor and manage task lists, ensuring priorities are completed efficiently.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and expense reporting when required.
Assist with customer service and client follow-up communications.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
