About the role
Commercial cleaning company serving apartment communities, luxury residential properties, and commercial facilities across the greater Seattle area. We are looking for a driven, phone-confident Sales Development Rep to join our team and own the top of our sales funnel. Your primary mission is simple: get the right decision-makers on the phone, qualify them, and book walkthroughs for our sales team to close.
What you will do
Cold calling
Work a daily call list of commercial property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, and facility directors. Follow our proven outreach script and talk track to introduce our company and generate interest.
Booking walkthroughs
Convert qualified conversations into confirmed walkthrough appointments for our operations team. Own the handoff and make sure every booking is properly logged and confirmed.
Email outreach
Send follow-up and nurture emails aligned to our sales system. Use provided templates and sequences to maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects who are not yet ready to book.
CRM and pipeline discipline
Log all activity, notes, and outcomes in our CRM (Pipedrive) after every call and email. Keep your pipeline clean, accurate, and up to date at all times.
Hit your numbers
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and booked walkthroughs. We track everything and reward people who perform.
