We are a fast-growing email marketing agency focused on the e-commerce space. Join our team as a Project Manager and I will make it my personal mission to make sure you become rockstar. To apply, please fill out the short form below.
*A list of responsibilities (not limited to):*
– keeping track of the development of projects
– assigning tasks to the people responsible (i.e. assign design tasks to the designer)
– overviewing the work delivered (i.e. checking whether the copywriting meets certain quality criteria)
-quality checks on emails before going live
– using tools such as ClickUp / Trello
– following up with clients if they have been inactive for a while
– attending calls with clients
– attending the team calls
*Regarding the position:*
– Initially, we can start working together on an hourly basis for 2-3 weeks. Then, if things are going well, it would be a 40 hours per week position (remote).
NOTE: No prior Klaviyo experience is required. You will get all the training necessary.
