Ecommerce Manager

About the job
We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Manager who knows how to build and run lean, high-performing DTC brands. You’ll be responsible for managing Shopify stores, running paid social campaigns, building full-funnel flows, and creating campaigns that drive real results. You’ll be working closely with our founder and internal team to launch and scale multiple DTC products.

What You’ll Do
Build and optimise Shopify stores from scratch
Create landing pages, product pages, and pre-sell funnels
Run Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (launch, test, scale)
Plan and build Klaviyo email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
Write and schedule email campaigns tied to product drops, sales, and launches
Track performance and make data-led decisions to optimise each funnel
Collaborate on creative strategy across content and paid

What You’ve Done
Built or managed at least 2–3 DTC brands on Shopify
Created and tested full ad campaigns on Meta (min. £5k/month budgets)
Used Klaviyo or similar to build automated flows and send regular campaigns
Worked with landing page builders (e.g. Replo, GemPages) or custom Liquid
Understand how to work fast, test ideas, and optimise based on numbers

Nice to Have
Experience with influencer campaigns or UGC workflows
Copywriting or creative briefing skills
CRO or A/B testing experience
SMS or retention marketing knowledge
