We’re looking for an SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy for both the agency and our clients. You’ll be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving search visibility, and building scalable SEO systems. You’ll collaborate with our founder, head of growth, and content team to make sure we’re capturing the right audiences and delivering measurable results.
About the role
This full-time role is perfect for an analytical, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Your initial focus will include:
Managing SEO strategy and execution for multiple client websites
Conducting keyword research and building content roadmaps
Auditing websites and implementing technical SEO fixes
Tracking performance and reporting results to clients and leadership
Collaborating with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed
Over time, your role may expand to include leading the SEO team, developing long-term organic growth strategies, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for clients
- Build topic clusters and content roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Analyze competitors and identify areas to gain an edge
On-Page Optimization
- Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords
- Write or edit metadata, improve internal linking, and enhance site architecture
- Collaborate with writers to ensure content aligns with SEO strategy
Technical SEO
- Perform regular site audits to identify crawl issues, speed problems, and indexing errors
- Work with developers to implement technical improvements
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and schema markup
Link Building & Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute ethical, white-hat link building strategies
- Identify guest posting, partnership, and backlink opportunities
- Track and report link acquisition progress
Reporting & Analytics
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions across client projects
- Build SEO reports and dashboards in Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
About you
✅ Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
-Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
-Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz
-Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
-Strong keyword research, content planning, and reporting skills
-Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
-Strong communication skills and ability to explain SEO concepts clearly
-Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
