Self Storage Acquisitions VA | Lead Generation, Research, and Owner Outreach

We’re hiring a sharp, detail oriented Virtual Assistant to help source off market self storage deals. This is not a data entry role. You will be part of our acquisitions team, and your work will directly contribute to identifying properties we may purchase.

What you’ll do:

• Research and identify high potential markets
• Find self storage facilities that meet our investment criteria
• Build and maintain a clean, organized lead pipeline
• Source owner contact information through public records and tools
• Conduct initial outreach calls to owners to gauge interest and build rapport
• Support light competitor and market research as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in lead generation, research, or real estate preferred
• Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to follow a structured process while thinking critically
• Comfortable on the phone with a natural, conversational style
• Clear, professional communicator at all times

Important:

This role involves speaking directly with property owners. English fluency must be near native or native, with clear, confident, and natural sounding communication. Please include a short voice recording with your application so we can assess communication style and clarity.
