We are hiring an Public Relations (PR) Account Manager for a dynamic company in the coaching and speaking engagement industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This position requires sales/BD experience combined with marketing/PR/events experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a “Dream 100” list of target podcasts, summits, conferences, and events
Use proven email templates and scripts to pitch clients to event decision-makers
Secure strategic speaking engagements aligned with client goals
Manage speaker assets like bios, reels, decks, and speaker pages
Track outreach, conversations, and results in CRM tools
Tailor outreach strategies based on each client’s brand, audience, and business model
Optimize processes and share insights with the broader team

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
1-3 years of experience marketing, PR, or event booking
Excellent written communication and persuasive email skills
Proven problem-solving mindset with a determination to succeed
Highly organized with strong follow-up and calendar management skills
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience booking or pitching speakers
Familiarity with podcast outreach or event coordination
Background in copywriting or marketing automation
Agency experience or managing multiple client relationships

CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Slack
Prospecting or outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter)
General tech-savviness and a fast learner with software

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time position; US hours in EST time zone
This is a fully remote job for a US-based company
Pay ranges from R14,000 – R16,000 p/month
Includes base pay plus commission
Annual raises, performance bonuses, paid holidays, and PTO

Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps
Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher
8 GB of RAM or higher
Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer
HD 720p webcam
Headset with a microphone
