No-Code Automation Specialist

We are hiring a No-Code Automation Specialist for a US-based automation consultancy specializing in Notion and Zapier workflows. This is a remote role open to global candidates with strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automation workflows primarily in Zapier
Configure and troubleshoot webhook triggers and integrations
Collaborate with Notion specialists to bridge project needs
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
Apply basic scripting or logic in automation tools when needed
Communicate proactively with the founder and team to clarify needs and suggest solutions

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience with Zapier, including webhook setup and troubleshooting
Understanding of multi-platform automation workflows and integrations
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions without close supervision
Excellent English comprehension and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Notion, Make, Zoho, Monday, or similar tools
Experience with sales operations automations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Basic coding or scripting ability to support automation logic

Required Skills & Tools:

Zapier (expert-level preferred)
Webhook configuration and API integration experience
Basic scripting or logic building in automation tools

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time, 20 hours per week to start, with potential for more hours over time
Fully remote role for a US-based company
Pay around $10 USD – $15 USD per hour, depending on experience and skills

8 GB of RAM or higher
