Freelance SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a self-directed freelance SEO Specialist to execute optimization projects across our high-traffic network of websites and support our senior SEO consultant with data analysis and reporting. Work on multi-million visitor websites in the adult entertainment industry where your optimizations directly impact users worldwide. No client calls, no agency politics, no endless alignment meetings. Focus on execution and results with the freedom to work independently. This role focuses on hands-on implementation, site auditing, and scalable optimization using SEO tools and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Auditing & Implementation
– Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of subsidiary sites (blogs, model signup websites, whitelabel domains)
– Execute site-wide optimization projects (title/meta tags, internal linking, content structure)
– Perform technical SEO cleanup (broken links, duplicate content, indexation issues)

Project Ownership & Performance Tracking
– Take ownership of optimization campaigns from audit to results
– Cross-site content strategy development and interlinking opportunities
– Monitor and report on blog network and sister site performance

Data Analysis & Reporting
– Deep-dive analysis of Google Search Console data across large-scale websites
– Performance tracking across multiple markets and subdomains
– Generate monthly performance reports from GSC, Ahrefs
– Monitor competitor rankings and SERP changes at scale
– Track progress on SEO initiatives and optimization campaigns

Content & Optimization Support
– Execute title/meta optimization projects across thousands of pages
– Conduct keyword research and create keyword clusters
– Generate on-page content using SEO guidelines and modern tools
– Competitive analysis and content gap identification
– Scale optimization efforts using available technologies

Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
– 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience optimizing high-page websites with demonstrable results
– You have hands-on experience with large-scale optimizations and can show results from optimization projects
– Strong problem-solving abilities – able to work independently on complex optimization challenges
– Self-directed work style – minimal supervision needed for project execution
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes – you deliver consistent, high-quality work
– Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in managing your work schedule
– Comfortable working with adult industry content with professionalism and discretion

Technical Requirements
– SEO Tools: Proficient with Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (required)
– Modern Tools: Experience with AI/LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for content creation and optimization
– Data Analysis: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
– Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus (Spanish, French, Italian)

Preferred Qualifications (not required)
– JavaScript/Technical SEO knowledge – understanding of rendering, crawling, and indexation
– Data analysis experience – comfortable with large datasets, SQL/BigQuery preferred
– Enterprise website experience (high-traffic, international sites)
– CMS experience (WordPress, headless CMS platforms)

– Large-scale title/meta optimization across thousands of pages
– Investigate and improve broken links, duplicate pages, thin content issues
– Cross-site optimization campaigns with measurable traffic improvements
