We’re a small Canadian professional services firm with a remote team. We’re hiring a marketer who can create content, edit video with AI, and build in GoHighLevel.

About the Role

This role makes the content and runs the systems behind it.

You’ll turn podcast episodes and raw footage into clips and posts, keep a steady publishing schedule across several brands, and build the funnels and automations that turn attention into booked calls.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create and schedule social content across several brands
• Edit podcast episodes and short-form video, using Claude and AI editing tools for the rough cut and your own eye for the finish
• Write captions, emails and ad copy that sound like a person
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, calendars and email/SMS campaigns
• Track what performs and report on it

Who You Are

• Taste. Clean, on-brand work. No cheesy captions, no emoji spam, no engagement bait.
• AI-fluent. You already use Claude or similar tools to edit and write faster, and you check its work.
• Systems-minded. You enjoy building the automation as much as the post.
• Reliable. Content goes out on schedule without reminders.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years in social media management or content creation for businesses
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (funnels, workflows, email/SMS)
• Video editing experience, including AI-assisted editing
• A portfolio with social posts and videos you edited
• Excellent written English
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2 AM South Africa time (night shift)
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and backup power and internet

Nice-to-Haves

• Podcast clip editing
• Meta Ads Manager experience
• Motion graphics or caption styling
• Experience with Claude Code

Logistics

• Compensation: Based on experience. Share your expectations in your application.
