We are looking for a highly organised, confident, and professional Client Support Manager to manage client communication and help progress home moves from application through to completion.

 

This is a phone-based, client-facing role and is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things on track, and working in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

✅ Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

• Proactively update clients on the progress of their mortgage and home move

• Chasing lenders, solicitors, estate agents and third parties for updates

• Managing multiple cases at once and keeping everything organised

• Being the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey

• Ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage

 

 

 

 

 

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

 

 

 

• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, professional, and confident)

• Confident and friendly on the phone — you enjoy speaking with people

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• High attention to detail

 

 

 

 

 

 

⭐ Bonus Skills (Not essential but a big plus):

 

 

 

• Experience in customer service, admin, property, mortgages or legal support

• Comfortable using CRM systems, emails, and online tools

• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be chased
