We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing U.S.-based life insurance team.
This is a remote outbound calling role focused on setting qualified appointments with consumers in the United States who have expressed interest in life insurance and retirement protection solutions.
Position Details:
35 Hours Per Week

Compensation:
$1,000 USD per month guaranteed base payPaid every two weeks
PLUS $50 USD for every booked AND kept appointmentPaid weekly
Strong performers can create an excellent monthly income through bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers using our provided dialer
Speak with prospects professionally and confidently
Qualify interest and schedule appointments for licensed life insurance specialists
Confirm appointments and ensure high show rates
Maintain accurate notes and disposition records
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Prior outbound calling/appointment setting experience required
Strong phone confidence and objection handling ability
Consistent internet connection and quiet work environment
Self-disciplined and dependable
Preferred (Big Plus):
Familiarity with booking appointments for Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance policies
Experience in U.S. insurance, mortgage, or financial services campaigns

Our South African setters serve as the front line of our client acquisition process — speaking with U.S. consumers, confirming interest, pre-qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and scheduling appointments directly onto agents’ calendars.
