RECRUITER (AGENCY EXPERIENCE – SOUTH AFRICA)

Location: South Africa (Remote)
Schedule: U.S. EST Hours, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Non-Negotiable)
Compensation: Monthly Salary + Performance Bonuses

ROLE: AGENCY RECRUITER (SOUTH AFRICA)
We need a competitive, sales-driven recruiter with agency experience (full desk or high-volume). You MUST have:
• Excellent English (spoken + written)
• Sales skills (phone confidence, objections, influencing)
• Ability to meet KPIs, quotas, and daily targets
• Competitive mindset (athletics a plus)
• Comfort making 40–80+ outbound calls
• Ability to work EST hours
• Coachability, urgency, and strong work ethic
We will train you in our systems, but you must bring sales DNA and a drive to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting & Sourcing:
– Source mid-level management + field service roles (Ops Managers, Supervisors, Fleet, Production, etc.)
– Write effective outreach messages
– Conduct screening calls
– Submit qualified candidates to senior recruiters/clients
– Maintain pipelines and follow-ups

Sales & Outreach:
– Make high-volume outbound calls
– Hit daily/weekly KPIs
– Cold call passive candidates
– Pitch roles and influence interest

Full Desk Execution:
– Manage multiple searches at once
– Move candidates quickly through the funnel
– Coordinate interviews and feedback
– Operate with urgency and ownership

Culture & Performance:
– Work in a disciplined, high-performance environment

– Track metrics and meet weekly targets

– 6–18+ months agency recruiting experience

Super Pluses:
– Experience in field services, trades, HVAC, facilities, landscaping, or BPO
– High-volume calling or sourcing roles
– Fast learner, high emotional maturity
– Desire for long-term growth in recruiting
