in car accident and premises liability cases. Known for its modern, remote-first
approach, the firm places a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and AI to
improve client outcomes, streamline operations, and maintain high-performance
standards across its team.
About the role:
Our client is seeking a full-time Legal AI Automation Specialist (Remote) who will lead the firm’s legal technology and automation strategy. This hybrid role combines elements of a Chief Technology Officer with hands-on AI development, automation implementation, and IT support. It is ideal for a candidate who thrives in building smart systems from scratch, particularly using GPT-based tools, and who has strong experience in legal tech or AI-powered workflow automation.
US Law Firm Experience Is Preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
AI & Automation Development
Build, manage, and continuously improve custom GPT-based assistants for legal staff.
Create document generators and discovery-response GPT tools.
Summarize medical records and draft demand letters using AI tools.
Develop discovery GPTs to auto-generate responses to standard legal demands.
Workflow & System Optimization
Implement automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripts to streamline workflows.
Build systems for automated client communications (email/SMS) and real- time case updates.
Optimize and manage internal workflows across platforms like CloudLex, Google Workspace, Slack, and RingCentral.
IT & Systems Oversight
Serve as the go-to tech support and ensure proper tool usage across the team.
Manage tech integrations for marketing, intake, and internal operations.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with HIPAA and NY litigation standards.
Reporting & Compliance
Track KPIs such as case conversion rates and team productivity.
Ensure consistent use of tech tools and provide staff training when needed.
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in AI tools, GPT development, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, etc.).
Background in legal technology, IT systems, or process automation.
Familiarity with legal case management tools like CloudLex is a strong plus.
Strong troubleshooting and integration management skills.
A self-starter with excellent English communication (written and spoken).
Ability to build, refine, and maintain multiple AI-powered workflows with minimal oversight.
Position: Legal AI Automation Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Latin America
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: US Federal Holidays
Salary: USD 2000 to USD 3000 per month
