Acquisitions Manager – Remote
Location: Remote
Working Hours: USA Eastern Standard Time 9 am to 5 pm.
Compensation: $1,000 monthly plus performance bonuses (1099, part-time, 20–30 hours/week)

About the Opportunity
We are a profitable, family-owned real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and reselling residential land parcels across multiple states. We purchase land directly from owners who no longer need their property and resell it to end buyers who recognize its long-term value. In short, we buy from those who see it as a burden and sell to those who see it as an opportunity.
As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the acquisitions process from lead to close. You’ll receive seller leads generated through our texting and cold calling campaigns, conduct follow-up calls, make offers, and close deals. Once acquisitions are complete, our team works with local realtors to sell the properties.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, highly motivated team in a growing company, with structured training provided and room to grow long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming seller leads and conduct follow-up calls to qualify prospects
Present offers and negotiate property purchases
Draft and execute purchase agreements and related contracts
Conduct due diligence on parcels, including title review and basic property research
Maintain accurate records of acquisitions activity using company systems and tools
Communicate consistently via calls, texts, and emails with sellers throughout the process
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Problem-solver with persistence and follow-through
Comfortable with phone, text, and email communication as part of daily workflow
Previous real estate or acquisitions experience is helpful but not required; training provided
