About the Role:

Atlantis Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency hiring an experienced South African cold caller to turn warm leads into clients. Our lead generation team does the groundwork — you bring the phone skills that close. You’ll be calling Directors and HR Managers at Australian businesses and converting them onto our portal, where they choose the recruitment subscription that suits them.

What You’ll Do:

Call the leads supplied by our lead generation team, working directly from the Pipedrive calendar
Reach out to Directors and HR Managers using the phone numbers and emails provided
Pitch and convert these businesses onto our portal
Log clear activity notes in Pipedrive after every call
Follow up by email where needed to support conversions

What You’ll Need:

Proven B2B cold calling experience — you’ve done this before and you’ve closed business
Clear, confident spoken English and a strong, professional phone presence
Reliable fibre or LTE internet plus backup power (inverter, UPS, or generator) — load-shedding cannot take you off the phones during your shift
Genuine willingness to work an early-morning shift, starting 5:00 AM SAST to cover Australian business hours. Please only apply if you know this suits you long-term
Self-discipline to work independently and hit your call targets without supervision
Comfort with CRM tools — Pipedrive experience is a plus
Your own phone (we also provide a dedicated number via Crazytel, and an email address if required)

Only call the leads provided by our lead generation team — no outside lists
Always leave activity notes after each call. This isn’t optional; it’s how we review and improve

A steady stream of qualified leads through Pipedrive — no prospecting required

Full training on the script and what to say — but you must already have cold calling experience
A 9:00 AM SAST finish, leaving your whole day free

The Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM SAST / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM AEST (4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week)
Pay: Weekly, paid via Wise or Payoneer
Engagement: Independent contractor, ongoing part-time
Type: Fully remote
