We are seeking a Creative and Visually Driven Virtual Assistant to support the launch of a new start-up business. This role combines graphic design, branding, administrative support, and light website setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Refresh and modernize the company logo to reflect a professional brand identity
Update HR forms and create reusable templates using Zoho Sign
Design social media templates (Canva) for ongoing use
Create a professionally branded A4 presentation booklet (print-ready + digital)
Design business cards (Canva) that can be easily edited in the future
Develop branded email signatures and business stationery
Create a staff “About Me” profile template in Canva
Design and build a 5–6 page WordPress website (mobile-friendly, editable, with full ownership rights)
Support with content writing in fluent, natural English
Ensure brand consistency and a creative, visually appealing style across all materials
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience with CRM setup (Zoho preferred)
Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook for Business
Strong WordPress design/building skills (website setup & editing)
Excellent English writing & communication skills
Prior experience in branding, design, and presentation materials
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
$500 – $1,100 a month
