1. The Opportunity
Imagine creating videos that help thousands of ADHD creatives and entrepreneurs conquer burnout, find clarity, and rediscover their flow. Our client is looking for a creative video editor + visual storyteller to help bring our client’s movement to life, a brand dedicated to helping ADHD founders unlock their unique wiring and scale their businesses with half the effort and twice the joy. You’ll be joining us at a breakthrough moment.
We’re about to launch our:
Brand new website
Mobile app
Training hub packed with tools, courses, and resources
And right after launch, we scale. Across YouTube, social platforms, our app, and beyond.
We already have 300+ educational videos ready for editing, covering ADHD, burnout, deep focus, productivity, alignment, and peak performance.
This isn’t a “clip things together” role. This is a role for someone who can turn raw ideas into cinematic, story-driven, emotionally resonant content that genuinely changes lives.
If you can take a 10-minute monologue and craft something binge-worthy, meaningful, and unmistakably you, this role was made for you.
2. Your Creative Partner
You’ll work with the founder, who is a serial entrepreneur, author, certified ADHD coach, and the chaotic visionary behind the brand. Diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, he spent years trying to fit into traditional productivity systems, leading to three burnouts. In 2020, he decided to build a different path, one that honours how ADHD brains actually work.
Three years of research into the psychology of ADHD, flow states, and peak performance later… the company was born.
He’s already helped 400+ founders exit their businesses, but he’s only just getting started.
You’ll help translate his energy, insights, and ideas into cinematic content that reaches millions.3.
Your Role
You’re not just an editor, you’re a storyteller with soul.
You know how to:
Pull powerful ideas out of raw footage
Find the emotional pulse of a message
Create visuals that spark “aha!” moments
Add motion, pacing, and energy that keep ADHD audiences locked in
Turn chaos into clarity
Move fast without compromising quality
You’re highly autonomous, thrive in remote work, and prefer to be judged on results rather than hours. You don’t need detailed instructions; you take creative initiative, bring ideas to the table, and improve the process as you go.
This isn’t the job to learn editing. It’s the job for someone who’s ready to lead it.
Requirements
4. What You’ll Lead (Responsibilities)
● Lead the creative direction and interpretation of all video content
● Shape narrative flow, emotional tone, and visual language with Jamie
● Suggest structural improvements to clarify and strengthen messages
● Edit in full alignment with the company’s ADHD-aware brand
● Recommend B-roll, music, typography, and visual styles
● Experiment boldly while maintaining clean, purposeful editing
● Build repeatable editing systems and templates for 300+ videos
● Tailor edits for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and the app
● Deliver reliably and on schedule in a fast-moving, remote environment
5. What You Bring (Requirements)
● 3+ years of professional editing experience
● Deep understanding of pacing, emotion, and storytelling
● Strong eye for design, composition, typography, and flow
● Understanding of ADHD-friendly visual communication
Proficiency in:
– Canva + CapCut, or
– Premiere Pro, or
– Final Cut Pro, or
– DaVinci Resolve
● Experience with AI editing & animation tools
● Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
● Proven reliability, self-management, and consistency
● Comfortable with asynchronous, autonomous work
6. Bonus Points If
● You’ve edited for coaching, education, or personality-driven brands
● You have experience with motion graphics or light animation
● You’re strong in color grading and visual styling
● You understand retention psychology for social-first platforms
