Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Human Resources Admin Assistant to join their HR team. This role supports both clinical and administrative operations, managing processes from pre-hire through post-hire and ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting.
Onboarding & Post-Hire Support: Initiate pre-hire communications; process hiring and benefits forms.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle time-off requests, employment verifications, offboarding, and exit interviews.
Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain analytical HR reports (headcount, turnover, training, etc.).
Equipment & Resources: Manage ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company-issued equipment.
Compliance & Support: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

Qualifications

Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems (e.g., Paychex Flex), and Microsoft/Google Suite.

Work Environment

Fully remote role with flexible working location.
Requires reliable internet and a professional home office setup
Salary $1200 per month
