Andrea & Co (www.andreaco.co.uk) is a growing independent estate agency based in London, known for its personal and professional approach. We are now hiring a Remote Viewing Coordinator to work full-time from home, speaking to warm leads and booking in property viewings.

This is an entry-level position with clear progression opportunities to move up within the team as your experience and confidence grow. We believe in promoting from within. You will begin as a Trainee Property Consultant and as your skills improve, so will your job title, hourly rate, and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making warm calls to tenants and buyers who have already enquired about a property.
  • Booking in property viewings using our CRM system (Rex).
  • Answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Following up with leads when required.
  • Replying to messages from buyers and tenants on SpareRoom and Support Board (WhatsApp).

Commission & Bonus:

  • Lettings: $20 per successful move-in.
  • Sales: 2.5% of Andrea & Co’s commission on a sale.
  • Bonuses and pay rises at the discretion of the Managing Director.

  • Friendly, clear and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong written and spoken UK English.
  • Well-organised, reliable and proactive.
  • A quiet home working environment with a stable internet connection.
  • A willingness to learn and progress.
