Untapped is partnering with a leading European technology recruitment brand that operates across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany. Their focus is on connecting exceptional talent with employers in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.

They’re now looking for a Dutch-speaking Delivery Recruiter to join their international delivery team and support recruitment projects across the Netherlands.

This is a delivery-only position — no business development, no cold calling. You’ll focus purely on sourcing and engaging candidates, working closely with account managers and delivery leads in South Africa and Europe.

What You’ll Do

Source and engage high-quality tech candidates for roles across the Netherlands market.
Communicate confidently in Dutch during candidate conversations and written communication.
Manage vacancies alongside account and delivery leads.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Collaborate with delivery teams in South Africa, the UK, and Europe for effective project execution.
Maintain accurate data and candidate pipelines within the ATS and CRM.

What We’re Looking For

Recruitment Experience: Previous agency or internal recruitment experience (any sector).
Language: Dutch-speaking is non-negotiable — you must be able to comfortably hold professional conversations. (Please note: one of the interviews will be conducted in Dutch.)
Tech Interest: You don’t need to have recruited in tech before, but curiosity and willingness to learn about the tech space (data, AI, software) are key.
Motivation: Self-driven, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team.
Adaptability: Thrives in an international environment with remote collaboration.
