About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Account Executive ready to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about driving revenue, coaching others, and creating a sustainable sales ecosystem within our growing community.In this role, you will have the autonomy to launch your own sales organization or operate independently, leveraging our leads while also developing your own pipeline. You’ll be supported with resources, guidance, and a generous commission structure designed to reward initiative and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales representatives in any capacity—part-time, full-time, or independent contractors.
Pipeline Management: Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
Coaching & Enablement: Provide training, playbooks, and ongoing guidance to help team members generate their own leads and close deals effectively.
Revenue Generation: Execute sales calls, deliver compelling presentations, and drive new business across target markets.
Reporting: Track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records via Hubspot, and share progress regularly with leadership.
Client Success: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Who You Are
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building systems and teams
Excellent communicator with proven sales experience (preferably in B2B or high-ticket products)
Self-directed, accountable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in consultative selling and relationship management
Comfortable working independently and leading others
