88 Acquisition is a UK sales agency. We place and run outbound sales teams for coaches and business owners. You will run outbound DMs on two Instagram accounts and one LinkedIn account we give you, book qualified calls for a closer, and log every conversation in our CRM. Full-time, long-term, UK hours.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
– Send 100 new Instagram DMs on each of two accounts (200 a day) using our opener and qualification sequence
– Send 50 new LinkedIn DMs a day
– Send 100 follow-up DMs a day to leads who have not replied
– Book a minimum of 1 qualified call a day, up to 5, into the closer’s calendar
– Log every conversation and every booked call in our CRM, with screenshots
– Keep the accounts safe. Our rules on timing, spacing and wording are not optional
WHAT YOU NEED
– 1+ year of DM appointment setting, lead generation or chat sales on Instagram or LinkedIn. No experience, no interview
– Confident you can book 1 to 5 calls a day from cold DMs, and able to show you have done it before
– Written English good enough that a UK business owner cannot tell you are not UK-based
– 8 hours a day inside 13:00-21:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, on a stable connection
– Comfortable being measured daily on DMs sent, replies and calls booked
– Have logged work in a CRM with screenshots before
KPIs
– 200 Instagram + 50 LinkedIn new DMs a day, logged
– 100 follow-up DMs a day, logged
– Minimum 1 booked call a day
PAY
– Commission: 7.5% of cash collected on deals you booked in your first month, 5% after that
– Bonus: £500 a week when you hit the KPIs. £1,000 a week when you book 3 or more calls a day. Paid weekly, only in weeks the KPIs are hit. This is a KPI bonus, not a guaranteed salary
HOW TO APPLY
1. Record a 2-3 minute Loom video: who you are, where you have done DM setting before, your daily volume and how many calls a week you booked, and why you are confident you can book 1 to 5 calls a day for us
2. Paste the Loom link and a short written summary of your experience
3. Attach two screenshots of real DM conversations you turned into a booked call, names hidden
4. State your available hours in UK time
5. Put the word “ledger” in your first line so we know you read this

Appointment Setting VA – Instagram + LinkedIn DMs (UK hours)
88 Acquisition is a UK-run, fully remote sales agency. We build the whole sales side for coaches, consultants and business owners: the offer, the landing page, the sales videos, and the team of appointment setters and closers who turn conversations into booked calls and signed clients. We run it on our own software, the 88 System, where every lead, DM, booked call and payment is logged. Our clients are in fitness and health, trading, property, ecommerce and TikTok Shop coaching. Our setters work from Instagram and LinkedIn, following a tested opener and qualification process, and book calls for a closer. They only sell; delivery is handled by the client. We hire on experience and daily numbers, pay commission on cash collected plus weekly bonuses for hitting KPIs, and measure everything in the CRM.
