About the Role
Support healthcare client relationships using hands-on knowledge of US medical billing, practice management or revenue cycle management. Translate billing performance and reporting trends into clear, useful client communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships and communicate clearly with healthcare stakeholders.
• Review billing reports and track revenue cycle KPIs.
• Use spreadsheets and reporting dashboards to identify trends and explain findings.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of direct experience in US medical billing, practice management or revenue cycle operations.
• A proven track record in Client Success, Account Management or Client Relationship roles within healthcare or SaaS.
• C2 or near-native spoken and written English, with strong professional and executive communication.
• Ability to analyze billing reports and KPIs using Excel, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
Work Schedule
Full-time. The exact working schedule will be confirmed during selection.
