Job Title: Paid Media Implementation Specialist

Salary Range: Up to USD 2,500 per month.

About the Role:
Execute, optimize and audit paid search and paid social campaigns, working with senior paid media strategists.
Position Overview:
Build and launch campaigns and maintain accurate campaign settings, reporting and conversion tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and launch paid search and paid social campaigns.
– Implement audience, creative, budget and bidding changes.
– Monitor pacing, disapprovals and account health.
– Configure and validate conversion tracking, pixels and platform integrations.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience across paid search and paid social.
– Practical experience with Google or Microsoft Ads and Meta or TikTok Ads.
– Campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding and conversion-tracking experience.
– Clear communication and the ability to explain your own platform work.
Nice-to-Haves:
– Experience across all four platforms: Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
– Agency or multi-client account experience, client reporting, Google Tag Manager and GA4.
