NOW HIRING: DM APPOINTMENT SETTER (REMOTE, PART-TIME)
I run DM setting teams for online fitness coaches. I’m hiring a setter for a UK-based women’s strength and glute coaching brand.
What you’ll do:
• Handle Instagram DMs from lead magnets, stories and CTAs
• Run outbound: hunt and start your own conversations with ideal leads
• Qualify leads and book calls for the coach
• Re-engage past leads and follow up daily
• Send a short EOD report each shift
What you get:
• 5 to 10% commission on every client you set, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission. Hunt and create your own leads, the more you book the more you earn
• Commission that stacks on recurring clients
• Scripts, SOPs, CRM and tracking already built
• Weekly coaching and chat reviews from me
• 3 to 4 hours a day, fully remote, flexible hours
• Room to grow onto more accounts on my team
You’re a fit if:
• You’ve done DM setting or sales before, or you’re coachable and hungry
• Outbound experience preferred. You like hunting, not just waiting for inbound
• Your written English sounds human, not scripted
• You can commit 3 to 4 hours a day 6 days/week
• You actually follow up
