About Us
We are a fast-growing marketing agency that runs paid advertising campaigns for financial services clients in the US market. We generate qualified leads through Meta ads and our setter team books consultation calls with prospects who have 250k or more in retirement assets. Our closers take those calls and close the appointment into a client engagement.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a high-ticket closer based in South Africa to handle our afternoon and evening US call volume.
This is a fully remote position. You will work from home and communicate with our team via Slack and Zoom.
The Role
You will take inbound consultation calls booked by our setter team. These are warm leads who have already been qualified over the phone by our setters. They have the assets, they have the interest, and they have booked a time to speak with an advisor. Your job is to run the call, build trust, handle objections, and close the engagement.
You will be closing deals in the financial services space. The prospects are US-based retirees or pre-retirees aged 50 to 70 with 250k or more in retirement savings. The calls are consultative, not high-pressure. You are helping them understand their options and guiding them to a decision that benefits them. The close is a natural next step in a conversation, not a hard pitch.
You will take 2 to 5 calls per day, depending on volume. Between calls, you will review lead information in GoHighLevel, prepare for upcoming calls, follow up with prospects who need more time, and coordinate with our setter team via Slack.
Hours
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM South Africa Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
This covers 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Eastern Time, which is our peak calling window for US-based prospects. You will be working during the hours when our leads are most receptive and most likely to answer the phone.
What You Will Do
Take inbound consultation calls booked by our setter team. Each call lasts 30 to 60 minutes. You will follow our sales framework to guide the prospect from introduction through qualification, education, objection handling, and close.
Review lead information in GoHighLevel before each call. Our setters post detailed notes on every booked appointment, including asset level, retirement timeline, where their money is held, and what they want to achieve. You will use this information to personalize the call and open with context that makes the prospect feel understood.
Close the engagement on the call when the prospect is ready. You will collect payment information, confirm the next steps, and hand the client off to our onboarding team.
Follow up with prospects who do not close on the first call. Some prospects need a second conversation, a spouse on the line, or time to think. You will manage your own pipeline of unclosed calls and follow up systematically until the prospect either books a second call, closes, or goes dead.
Coordinate with our setter team via Slack. Setters will post appointment details, flag hot leads, and ask questions about upcoming calls. You will confirm you have reviewed the lead info and are ready for each call.
Track every call outcome in GoHighLevel. Every call gets a disposition: closed, follow-up, no-show, or dead. Notes go in after every call so the team has full visibility into pipeline status.
What We Are Looking For
Proven high-ticket closing experience. You have closed deals at 1,000 or more per transaction. You understand consultative selling, objection handling, and how to guide a conversation to a close without being pushy. If you have closed financial services, coaching, consulting, or any high-ticket B2C offer, you are ahead.
Excellent spoken English. You will be on the phone with US-based retirees aged 50 to 70. Your English must be clear, confident, and natural. A neutral or Western-friendly accent is a significant advantage for this role. You need to sound like someone a 65-year-old American retiree trusts within the first 30 seconds of the call.
Strong listening skills. The best closers in this space listen more than they talk. You need to hear what the prospect actually wants, what they are afraid of, and what they need to hear to make a decision. Then you deliver that, not a scripted pitch.
Comfort with technology. You will work inside GoHighLevel for call logging, pipeline management, and follow-up. You will use Zoom for calls. You will use Slack for team communication. You need to be comfortable switching between platforms without it slowing you down.
Self-motivated and disciplined. This is a remote role with no one looking over your shoulder. You need to show up on time, take every call, follow up on every unclosed deal, and manage your own pipeline without being chased.

What We Offer
On-track earnings of 10,000 USD per month. This is a commission-based role with a base retainer. The base covers your living costs while you ramp. The commission is where the real money is. Our top closers consistently hit and exceed the 10,000 per month mark because the leads are qualified, the setters do the heavy lifting on booking, and the offer converts.
Warm leads only. You are not cold calling. Every call you take is a prospect who opted in, was qualified by a setter, and booked a time to speak with you. Your job is to close, not to generate interest.
Full pipeline support. Our setter team handles lead generation, qualification, booking, confirmation, and no-show recovery. You focus on the calls and the closes.
Long-term position with growth potential. We are scaling and need closers who can grow with us. If you can close, there is no ceiling on what you can earn here.
