About Us
We are a digital marketing agency that runs paid advertising campaigns for financial services clients. We manage Meta ad campaigns and CRM workflows in GoHighLevel for our clients, and we need a dedicated onboarding specialist to handle the client onboarding process from start to finish.
This is a remote position. You will work from home and communicate with our team via Slack and Zoom.
The Role
You will be the first person our new clients talk to after they sign with us. Your job is to onboard them into our systems, get them set up in Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel, and make sure they understand how everything works before we start running their campaigns.
You will take 1 to 2 onboarding calls per day. Each call lasts 30 to 60 minutes. Between calls, you will prepare onboarding documents, set up client accounts, configure GoHighLevel workflows, and coordinate with our team to make sure everything is ready before each call.
This is not a sales role. You are not selling anything. You are guiding clients through a technical setup process and making them feel confident that they are in good hands.
What You Will Do
Conduct 1 to 2 onboarding calls per day with new clients via Zoom. Walk them through the Meta Ads Manager setup process, including granting access, setting up the pixel, and configuring conversion tracking. Walk them through the GoHighLevel setup process, including granting access, importing our workflows, setting up calendars, configuring SMS and email sequences, and connecting their phone numbers.
Prepare onboarding documents and checklists before each call so the client knows exactly what to expect and what to prepare. Follow up with clients after each call to confirm they have completed any remaining setup steps. Coordinate with our internal team via Slack to flag any technical issues, account access problems, or client concerns that need attention.
Track the status of every onboarding in a shared spreadsheet so the team knows where each client is in the process. Ensure every client is fully onboarded and ready for campaign launch within 3 to 5 business days of signing.
What We Are Looking For
Strong spoken English. You will be on video calls with clients daily, so clear communication is non-negotiable.
Experience with GoHighLevel. You should know how to navigate the platform, set up workflows, build pipelines, configure calendars, connect integrations, and troubleshoot basic issues. If you have worked inside GoHighLevel before, this is a big advantage.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager. You should understand how to navigate the Business Manager, grant partner access, set up pixels, and configure conversion events. You do not need to be a media buyer, but you need to be comfortable inside the platform.
Comfort with technology. You will be working across multiple platforms daily. You need to be someone who figures things out quickly and does not get flustered when a setting is buried three menus deep.
Organized and detail-oriented. Onboarding has a lot of moving parts. If you miss a step, the campaign launch gets delayed. You need to be someone who follows checklists, double-checks your work, and does not let things fall through the cracks.
Patient and client-friendly. Some of our clients are not tech-savvy. You will need to explain things simply, repeat yourself without getting frustrated, and make people feel comfortable even when they are confused.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for video calls.
What We Offer
Basic salary of $560 USD per month, paid monthly.
Consistent and predictable workload. 1 to 2 onboarding calls per day means you will not be overwhelmed, but you will always have work to do.
Long-term position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone looking for a short-term gig.
