- Build and execute custom social media marketing plans for each creator on the FanFlow roster, tailored to their niche, brand, and growth goals.
- Manage and grow creators’ traffic-driving accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Threads.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate short-form video and post production with creators.
- Develop strategies that turn social media followers into paying subscribers.
- Stay current on each platform’s community guidelines and content policies, and keep client accounts compliant to minimize the risk of restrictions or bans.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, link clicks, subscriber conversions) and report results to the team and clients.
- Research trends, hooks, and formats that are working in each creator’s niche and adapt them quickly.
- Collaborate with FanFlow leadership on overall growth strategy for the agency’s client base.
Social Media Marketing Manager
FanFlow is an OnlyFans management agency that helps creators grow their audiences and build sustainable, profitable businesses. We handle strategy, growth, marketing, and sales for a roster of creators, and we're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join the team and drive results for our clients. Please note: This role is with an agency that works directly with OnlyFans creators. You'll be building marketing plans for the creators who are clients of our agency. Applicants must be 18 or older and comfortable working professionally in the adult content industry.
