🚨 Hiring an SDR to join our outbound team
We’re PLNITUDE, a lead gen agency for commercial cleaning and home service companies across the US, UK and Australia. We’re looking for someone hungry to get on the phone.
📞 What you’d do
- Call back warm leads, business owners who’ve already replied asking for a quote
- Book them onto the founder’s calendar
- Cold call from our lists when the warm queue is empty
💰 What we offer
- $1,500 to $3,000/month, base plus commission, paid in USD
- Fully remote, full time
- No experience needed, full training provided
✅ What we’re looking for
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Available during US business hours (afternoon and evening in South Africa)
- Hungry, coachable, and not put off by rejection
