Account Associate

Looking for highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Are you adept at working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Account Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales operations, customer communications, and order management for U.S. promotional product clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, projects stay on track, and customers receive outstanding support.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Support sales and account teams with order processing and client communications
• Prepare quotes, presentations, and customer-facing materials
• Manage order entry, revisions, tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate proofs, artwork approvals, and vendor communications
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports using CRM and order management systems
• Assist with product research and project coordination

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, data entry, or administrative support
• Experience in promotional and branded products, print, or related industries
• Familiarity with inventory management, proofing processes, or artwork approvals
• Product research and client presentation experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
