About the role
We’re a growing agency that builds products and services for small and mid-sized businesses in the US. We’re building our calling team now, and you’ll be one of the first callers. You’ll grow with us.
What you’ll do
Call US business owners and decision makers
Start a friendly conversation and find out if what we offer fits them
Book short meetings with our team
Log every call in our own calling software (it’s simple, and we train you)
You won’t be closing deals on the phone. Your job is to get the meeting. We give you a script and training for every project.
What you get
$750 USD per month, paid in USD
Performance bonus on the deals that come from the meetings you book
Your own US phone number. You call right from your browser, no extra apps and no paying for tools.
Clear scripts, a short training before your first call, and a team that helps you get better
A live leaderboard and daily goals, so you always know where you stand
What we’re looking for
Clean, fluent English. This matters most.
A neutral accent is strongly preferred. US prospects should understand you easily from the first sentence.
A clear, friendly voice and confidence on the phone. You’re not scared of hearing “no”.
Able to work US business hours (roughly 3 PM to 11 PM South African time, Monday to Friday)
Stable internet (at least 10 Mbps) and backup power for load shedding (UPS, inverter or similar)
A laptop or PC with Google Chrome
A headset with a microphone
A quiet place to work
Cold calling or appointment setting experience is a big plus, but not required. If your voice and energy are right, we’ll train you.
