About the Role:
Sagan connects experienced crm, automation and systems specialists with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.
Position Overview:
Translate operational requirements into reliable CRM configurations, integrations and automated workflows. CRM administration and automation engineering remain distinct matching tracks.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map workflows and clarify requirements with users.
• Configure CRM processes or build integrations and automations in your specialty.
• Test changes, handle exceptions and investigate failures.
• Document configurations and provide clear handoffs for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms, workflow automation, integrations and testing tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
