We’re hiring agents from: South Africa, Philippines, Jamaica, Guyana, USA, Canada, and Suriname.
Training:Via Microsoft Teams. Link sent before the session.

Agent Requirements:
– English: Fluent, clear + pleasant phone voice
– Skills: Strong communication
– Workspace: Quiet + professional
– Availability: Minimum 30 hours per week
– Device: Android or iPhone
– Payment: Must have active USD bank account. Wise USD accepted. No other currency accounts.
– Gender: Ladies only for now

Pay:
– Base: $0.05 USD per completed minute of live talk time
– Weekly Bonus: $15 USD for 1,800+ minutes in a week (Mon-Sun)
– Monthly Bonus: Performance-based
– Pay Cycles:
– Days 1-14 → Paid 15th, 16th, or 17th same month
– Day 15-End → Paid first 3 business days next month
– Warning issued if you don’t work minimum hours
