We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Call/DM Appointment Setter to join our team. This role offers exceptional earning potential for individuals who excel in a performance-based environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls/DMs, send emails to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify strong prospects.
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture ongoing interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
- Report metrics such as calls made and appointments set.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, DMs or appointment setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital platforms is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and resilience in overcoming challenges.
