We’re looking for someone who will become an important part of our team for answering client calls, coordinating appointments, helping us grow our business through marketing and social media, and providing outstanding support to our clients.

Excellent spoken and written English, a warm and professional phone manner, and a positive attitude are the most important qualifications for this role.

Compensation & Hours
$7–8 USD/hour, depending on experience
Opportunities for increased responsibilities, additional hours, and higher compensation over time
Starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with the goal of increasing hours as our business continues to grow
Taking phone calls is the main job responsibility so must have great english and be available during 9am-5pm PST business hours. We can discuss schedule going forward, but must be available during business hours in BC, Canada.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship, not simply complete short-term freelance tasks.

About the Role
This is much more than a traditional virtual assistant position.

You’ll become an important part of a growing business where you’ll help create exceptional experiences for our clients while also helping us improve and expand our company.

You’ll often be the first person our clients speak with, helping them feel comfortable and confident while scheduling one of the most important services they’ll purchase during the home-buying process.

When you’re not assisting clients, you’ll help us grow our business by creating social media content, organizing marketing materials, supporting administrative tasks, and continually improving our customer experience.

As our company grows, your role can grow too, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in customer care, marketing, operations, project management, and more.

Most client calls take place during business hours in British Columbia, Canada (Pacific Time), so you’ll need to be available during those times.

What You’ll Do
Client Care
Answer incoming phone calls from home buyers, home sellers, and real estate agents
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional first impression
Schedule home inspections using our booking software
Gather client information accurately
Answer general questions about our services (training provided)
Send confirmation emails
Coordinate appointments and calendars
Respond to client emails
Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call through the completed inspection
Marketing & Administration

When client care responsibilities are caught up, you’ll help us grow our business by:
Creating engaging Facebook and Instagram content
Designing graphics using Canva
Scheduling social media posts
Repurposing existing content into multiple posts
Creating educational posts from inspection photos and videos
Updating our CRM and maintaining accurate client records
Assisting with marketing campaigns
Supporting additional administrative and operational projects as our business grows

Personality, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are more important to us than previous experience.

No home inspection experience is required as we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
