Software & Systems Management: Serve as the administrator for our remote tech stack, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, and collaboration tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Asana, Notion, Slack).
Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows (using Zapier, Make, or native integrations) to streamline candidate sourcing, pipeline movements, and team notifications.
Database & Data Integrity: Maintain, audit, and clean our candidate databases and applicant spreadsheets to ensure high searchability and accurate reporting.
Remote IT Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for the team’s technical issues, software glitches, access permissions, and account provisioning.
Documentation: Create clear, written SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quick video walkthroughs (via Loom/Loom alternatives) to help the team navigate new software updates or tools.
Key Specifications & Requirements
Technical Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a heavily tech-focused operational role (experience in a remote-first company is highly preferred).
Software Proficiency: Deep familiarity with modern CRMs, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in handling large data sets across software platforms and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Tech Fluidity: An exceptional ability to learn new software, APIs, and digital tools rapidly and independently.
Remote Work & Soft Skills:
Autonomous Problem-Solving: You thrive in a remote environment. You don’t just report bugs; you proactively research and deploy fixes independently.
