Position Overview:

 

We are seeking an ERP Technician & Inventory Analyst to serve as the internal expert for our inventory management system while supporting purchasing and inventory operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, generating reports, supporting system administration, coordinating with technology partners, and helping operational teams make real-time inventory decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong systems aptitude with exceptional attention to detail and operational awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company’s ERP and inventory management platform.
Manage system updates, configurations, reporting, and ongoing platform optimization.
Coordinate with external IT partners and software support teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain alignment between physical inventory and system records.
Manage and track the company’s critical inventory list, identifying shortages, overbookings, and inventory conflicts.
Support subrental coordination and inventory allocation decisions.
Generate operational reports and provide inventory insights to leadership.
Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and operational requirements.
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of inventory-related administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience administering ERP, inventory management, rental management, warehouse management, or similar operational systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing inventory data, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Experience coordinating purchasing activities and purchase orders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and make informed operational decisions.
Availability to work fully aligned with PST business hours.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

Direct hands-on experience with Point of Rental software.
Experience in the event rental, equipment rental, logistics, warehouse, or inventory-intensive industries.
Background supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system optimization projects.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
Advanced reporting, analytics, or inventory forecasting experience.
