Job Overview

We are seeking an intermediate-level, full-time Hiring Manager to spearhead new client acquisition for our recruitment outsourcing solutions. This role involves nationwide remote prospecting, conducting high-impact virtual pitches, and confidently closing contracts with growing small businesses.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales or business development within a remote environment. You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strategic approach to prospecting, and a passion for demonstrating the value of HR and recruitment solutions to potential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesNationwide Remote Prospecting

 

Identify and target growing small businesses across multiple U.S. time zones.
Utilize digital databases, job boards, and social selling platforms for comprehensive lead generation.
Execute strategic cold-calling campaigns to initiate contact and qualify potential clients.

Virtual Pitching & Demos

Schedule and conduct high-impact video meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) with busy business owners.
Effectively demonstrate the financial and operational Return on Investment (ROI) of outsourcing their recruitment needs.
Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client pain points and business objectives.

Closing Remote Contracts

Confidently address and overcome budget objections and other client concerns.
Negotiate profitable and mutually beneficial fee structures for services.
Leverage digital signature tools and streamlined processes to close deals efficiently.

Skill Sets Required / Preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM software and digital databases for lead management.
Strong command of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Experience with digital signature tools for contract finalization.
Familiarity with job boards and social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
General technology proficiency for remote work.
Experience with virtual administrative assistant tools and practices.

Experience & Education

Intermediate level experience in sales, business development, or recruitment outsourcing, preferably in a remote capacity.
Proven track record of successfully prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with small to medium-sized businesses.
Experience utilizing digital tools for lead generation, virtual presentations, and contract management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
