About Us Clix Dental is a UK-based dental marketing agency that helps private dental clinics generate new patient enquiries. We work with practices across the United Kingdom and are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team.
The Role You will be speaking with patients who have already shown interest in dental treatment through online enquiries and advertisements.
Your job is to contact these leads, answer their questions, build rapport, and help them book consultations with our client clinics.
This is not cold calling. You will be speaking with warm leads who have already expressed an interest in treatment.
Requirements
-Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or call centre work
OR dental experience (Dental Receptionist, TCO, Dental Nurse, Dental Student, etc.)
-Excellent spoken English
-Confident speaking on the phone
-Strong communication and listening skills
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
-Previous experience booking appointments
-Experience using CRM systems
-Dental industry experience

Compensation
$5–$8 USD per hour (depending on experience) + Additional commission for attended consultations booked
