About the job
This role is part of our ScraperAPI team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.
About ScraperAPI
ScraperAPI is an end-to-end web data solution, trusted by businesses across a wide range of industries to extract and leverage crucial web data at scale. From e-commerce, travel to real estate and market research, we support companies in turning the web into actionable insights. We’re currently on an exciting growth journey, scaling rapidly as demand for reliable, high-performance web scraping and data keeps rising.
Profile Overview
We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join ScraperAPI’s marketing team at an exciting point in our growth. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where writing and running the production engine go hand in hand. You’ll take the Content Lead’s strategic direction and turn it into published assets that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across our channels.
You’ll cover a wide content surface: technical tutorials for developers, landing page copy, email sequences, ad copy, cross-channel creatives, video scripts, case studies, and more. You’ll also keep the engine running by managing the content calendar, publishing across channels, coordinating freelancers or agencies, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a rare opportunity to build real ownership in a fast-moving SaaS company with a growing global customer base, as part of a broader portfolio of entrepreneurial software businesses.
Your immediate impact in the first 3–6 months
Start managing the content calendar and production workflow so that deadlines are met, stakeholders know what’s coming, and nothing slips
Produce and distribute a consistent stream of high-quality content across technical and non-technical formats without needing heavy direction on every piece, potentially leveraging external contributors
Maintain a content performance system to evaluate and improve the content’s impact on the pipeline
Your Responsibilities
Write and produce content that moves the needle: produce clear, on-brand content across blog posts, tutorials, landing pages, email copy, video scripts, webinar concepts, case studies, sales collateral, and social media, adapting tone and structure for both developer and business audiences
Manage end-to-end content production and distribution: translate strategic direction into actionable content plans, manage the calendar, publish content, coordinate deadlines, and keep workstreams on track without needing to be chased
Coordinate external contributors: brief freelance writers, designers, and agencies; review and edit their output before publication; maintain quality and consistency across everything that goes out
Optimise for discoverability: apply SEO, AEO, and GEO principles across all content so ScraperAPI is findable wherever its audience is searching, including AI-driven channels
Use data to iterate: track content performance, report on what’s working and what isn’t, and feed those insights back to improve future output
Collaborate cross-functionally: work with marketing, sales, and product to ensure content reflects real customer conversations and supports commercial goals
What You Bring to the Table
3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing or content writing in a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a developer-focused product
Strong writing ability across multiple formats, including blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, video scripts, social posts, case studies, and sales collateral, with the ability to write for or quickly learn to write for a technical developer audience
Proven experience managing a content calendar, publishing across channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, email), and translating marketing direction into structured content plans with clear timelines
Experience briefing and coordinating external contributors, including freelance writers, designers, or agencies, with a strong eye for quality, tone, and accuracy
Solid working knowledge of SEO and a genuine understanding of how AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) is changing content discoverability. You actively use AI tools as a core part of your content workflow. This is not a nice-to-have; it’s a baseline expectation
Highly organised with strong project management instincts; you can manage multiple workstreams without being micromanaged
What’s in it for You
Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like (within CET -2 and +2).
Real ownership from day one: What you produce goes live, reaches real users, and directly impacts pipeline. You’ll see the results of your work.
Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way, with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady and sustainable.
Small and friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.
Room to grow: The role is designed to evolve toward owning full campaigns independently, with a clear path toward Content Manager.
