About the Company:

Position Overview:
The Head of Acquisition will lead the company’s paid media strategy and execution, owning performance across key acquisition channels. This is a strategic leadership role with a hands-on component, where the candidate will go deep in their strongest platform while overseeing broader cross-channel performance through a team of media buyers. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with creative and growth teams to drive scalable, efficient customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
Go deep on hands-on optimization within one primary channel while guiding execution across others.
Set and dynamically adjust budgets based on real-time performance insights.
Define and execute testing roadmaps across audiences, bidding strategies, and creative.
Partner closely with the creative team to iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
Oversee measurement, reporting, and attribution across platforms.
Mentor and develop a team of media buyers.
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and long-term growth planning.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success managing high-budget campaigns on Meta and/or Google (TikTok experience preferred).
Proficient at Northbeam and/or Triple Whale.
Strong track record of hitting aggressive CAC and growth targets in DTC or e-commerce.
Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, CPM, and CVR.
Experience with creative testing frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience managing both in-house teams and external agencies.
Experience in Western brands and markets.
Background in subscription-based business models.
Exposure to emerging acquisition channels and platform betas.
