We’re hiring appointment setters to join our remote sales team. Your job is straightforward: call warm business leads, spark interest in our service, and book them in for a short consultation call with our team. That’s it. No closing, no pressure – just confident, friendly conversations.
We provide you with the leads. We provide you with the script. We provide you with full training. You just need to show up, dial, and execute.
What You’ll Earn
• 💰 OTE: $2,500/month (~R46,000/month) — fully achievable for a consistent performer
• 🎯 Performance bonuses for top dialers each month
• 📈 Uncapped — the more you book, the more you earn
• Commission paid weekly
What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Work through your assigned lead list via our dialler system
• Follow a proven, structured script (we train you on this fully)
• Log call outcomes and update your pipeline
• Hit your daily dial targets and weekly booking goals
Requirements
• Excellent spoken English — near-native fluency required
• Neutral, clear accent easily understood by UK and US business owners
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Quiet working environment and reliable internet
• Organised, coachable, and self-motivated
• Previous phone-based experience is a bonus but not essential — we train from scratch
