We are looking for a confident, professional, and motivated Remote Calling & Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves connecting with professionals across the United States through phone calls, text communication, and follow-up outreach.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking naturally with people, have strong communication skills, and be organized when managing leads and updating information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential leads and professionals
* Conduct text message outreach
* Follow up with leads and maintain communication
* Perform light online research when needed
* Update spreadsheets, notes, and records accurately
* Schedule calls and appointments when required
* Build professional and friendly relationships with prospects
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
* Good organizational skills
* Basic computer knowledge (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email, etc.)
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Friendly, professional, and confident personality
* Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience is a bonus
