Seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling & Authorization Utilization Manager to support our growing in-home ABA team.
This role is responsible for managing client schedules, monitoring authorization utilization, coordinating coverage needs, minimizing gaps in care, and helping ensure services remain compliant and consistent for families and staff.
### Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize client and staff schedules
* Monitor authorized vs. utilized hours
* Coordinate make-up sessions and coverage needs
* Communicate with families, BCBAs, and RBTs
* Track scheduling gaps and utilization concerns
* Maintain accurate scheduling documentation in CentralReach (specialized healthcare software platform used mainly by autism therapy and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) providers).
### Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in healthcare scheduling, or medical coordination preferred
* CentralReach experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
