Office Manager (Remote)

We are a fast-growing premium home service company based in Orlando hiring a sharp, dependable, full-time Office Manager to help run and improve our day-to-day office operations.
This is an important role inside the company. You will help manage customer communication, scheduling support, payroll/admin tasks, systems organization, and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are looking for someone smart, proactive, highly organized, excellent with people, and excited to grow with a winning company.

Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls professionally and warmly
– Respond to customer texts and emails quickly
– Book appointments and assist with scheduling changes
– Follow up with leads and open quotes
– Assist with payroll and administrative tasks
– Keep records accurate and organized
– Build and improve systems / SOPs
– Help manage projects inside ClickUp
– Solve day-to-day issues quickly and confidently
– Support leadership as needed
– Support the sales team
– Support the technicians
– Learn our service area to improve scheduling efficiency

Preferred Experience:
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Customer service experience
– Administrative / office management experience
– Experience using ClickUp is a major plus
– Experience using Housecall Pro is a major plus
– Strong with software and learning new systems quickly
