Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Appointment Setter to help manage inbound leads, outbound follow-up, DMs, and appointment scheduling inside our business.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

About The Role

You will be responsible for handling conversations with inbound leads, following up with old leads, responding to DMs, qualifying prospects, and ensuring booked appointments actually show up.

You are not responsible for closing deals. Your role is to qualify leads, book appointments, and keep the pipeline organized and moving.

You will be acting as the first point of contact for potential clients inside our business.

Responsibilities

– Inbound Lead Handling
– Call and text new leads quickly after they come in
– Follow up with leads who did not self-book
– Qualify prospects before scheduling calls
– Respond to inquiries inside the CRM
– Appointment Management
– Confirm appointments with booked leads
– Build rapport and gather information about their business
– Improve show-up rates through reminders and follow-up
– Reschedule no-shows quickly
– Outbound & Follow-Up
– Re-engage old leads and past conversations
– Handle outbound texting and calling
– Reach out to prospects through Facebook and Instagram DMs
– Message leads from our Facebook group and social media channels
– CRM & Pipeline Management
– Keep notes organized inside the CRM
– Maintain consistent follow-up
– Ensure conversations don’t fall through the cracks

Requirements

– Previous appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification experience
– Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
– Ability to hold engaging, natural conversations
– Comfortable on phone calls and handling large amounts of conversations
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Resilient and consistent with follow-up
– Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
– Positive personality and sense of humor
– Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs is a major plus
– Marketing agency experience is strongly preferred

Technical Requirements

– Reliable high-speed internet
– Clear microphone/audio quality for calls
– Quiet work environment
– Ability to work Eastern Time (USA) business hours
