Client Success Manager (Remote – South Africa)
Full-Time | UK Hours (8:30am – 5:00pm)
We are a fast-growing marketing and client acquisition company working with roofing businesses across the UK. We generate leads, book appointments, and help our clients grow their revenue through structured systems and paid advertising.
We are looking for a proactive, client-facing Client Success Manager to take full ownership of client relationships, retention, and overall experience.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be expected to lead clients, improve performance, and build systems that scale.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through to retention and growth.
This includes:
- Running onboarding for all new clients
- Managing ongoing client communication (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
- Hosting weekly phone calls and bi-weekly video calls via Teams
- Monitoring client performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Strategising with clients to help them get better results
- Handling issues, complaints, and problem-solving independently
- Chasing clients for required information, updates, and actions
- Securing reviews and video testimonials
- Identifying and driving upsell opportunities
- Ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention
- You will also be expected to improve and build internal processes to make client management more efficient and scalable.

- Meta Ads Manager (for understanding performance, not execution)

- Upsells generated through strong relationship management
- Internal systems and processes improved over time
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in a client-facing role (Client Success, Account Management, or similar)
- Experience managing clients in a marketing or service-based business
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Able to solve problems independently without constant direction
- Comfortable leading calls and controlling conversations
- Confident using multiple tools and systems
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (preferred, not required)
- Sales experience is a strong advantage

Compensation
- $1,200 – $2,000 per month (OTE)
- Performance-based incentives including:Retention bonuses
- Upsell commission
- Bonuses for reviews and testimonials
Growth Opportunity
This role has clear progression into a Head of Client Success or Operations role as the company scales. You will play a key part in building and shaping the client success function.
