Location: Remote (Australia-based, AEST hours)
Employment Type: Part Time 1-2 hours per day
Salary: Competitive base + commission
Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday
Job Summary
As a Cold Caller, you’ll make outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales closers. We’re looking for resilient, target-driven individuals who excel in fast-paced phone-based sales and thrive on commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make 50-80 outbound cold calls per day to generate qualified leads from provided lists.
Pitch company products/services, handle objections, and build rapport to secure meetings or demos.
Log all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in CRM (Go-High-Level).
Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, connects, and appointments booked.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and share insights on prospect feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to deliver compelling pitches.
Work strictly within AEST business hours, ensuring professional and compliant calling practices.
Requirements
Proven cold calling or telesales experience (1+ years preferred).
Excellent phone communication skills with a clear Australian accent.
Resilient mindset, high energy, and ability to handle rejection.
Tech-savvy with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office.
Must work AEST timezone.
Bonus: Experience in lead generation.
