Role Overview
We are hiring a proven appointment setter to generate qualified, high-intent bookings for our UK sales team. This is not a basic call centre role — you must be confident, commercially aware, and focused on quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up inbound and outbound leads
Qualify prospects (budget, timeline, decision-maker)
Book high-quality appointments into our calendar
Maintain clear and accurate CRM notes
Handle objections and filter out low-quality leads
Requirements (Strict)
Fluent English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
Minimum 2 years experience in appointment setting / telesales / SDR
Proven track record booking qualified appointments (not just volume)
Confident communicator with strong objection handling
Experience working with UK or international clients
Reliable internet and professional home setup
KPIs
80–120 calls per day
4–8 qualified appointments per day
Minimum 60% show-up rate
Strong focus on quality and conversion potential
Compensation
Base: £900 – £1,200 per month
£25–£40 per qualified appointment
Bonus for attended appointments
Additional bonus on closed deals
Working Hours
UK hours
Monday to Saturday (Saturday is required)
